Juxtaposed Styles Working Juxtaposedly
The cottages at Del Mar had a restrictive program of 1,600/SF maximum, each. Additionally, the client required that each cottage had its own distinctive style that the difficult, to please, City of Del Mar Design Review Committee would approve. This is what we came up with.
